I would like to write this letter and say how impressed myself and my family have been with Kerstin Sykes. She sold us 2 properties back to back and I have never had a transaction(s) go so smoothly! She is a rare gem and I am pleased to have found her.

I first stumbled upon her ad online and contacted her regarding a house she had listed, it was not the house for me but she asked what I was looking for and started the hunt. In the mean time, she listed my condo on Harriet Road for me and sold it for top dollar! She also found my dream home on Rainville Road…..I am very grateful!

I am a 33 year old single lady and found working with Kerstin to be a dream, I had used 2 different agents in Victoria but found neither of them to be personal or eager to please like Kerstin was. Kerstin went above and beyond the call of duty time and time again, which is why I am recommending her to my friends. She is one of the most wonderful people I have met and I hope to she receives all the credit and praise she deserves.

Dear Kerstin,
Thank you for your note and EVERYTHING! We are feeling very blessed to know you and also feel that we are becoming friends and are very happy for this. I won't go into any long detailed stories here other than to say that Craig and I have bought 4 homes already and you are--hands down--the most careful, thoughtful real estate agent we have worked with. When Marilyn and I showed up in Sooke in February we were carrying a dream of being able to find a small little place that could become a home place for us and where our family could gather. Through all of the winter and spring and until now you have stayed with us, not only showing us the listings we were interested in but sharing your knowledge and advice--which is priceless. We can hardly wait to be in Sooke again and to have you to our new little home for dinner!!

Dear Kerstin,
I’m writing this letter to once again thank you for the truly personal service you provided me on selling my Grant Road house. It was my first sale and couldn’t have gone smoother. From the fact I was out of town at listing time to the excellent offer I got I’d have to say you did all the work! I especially appreciated the advise on “Staging” my home and even the help you gave me on my new purchase which was a private sale. I have referred you to friends and associates and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work!
